If you are feeling sad and miserable it does not matter how many times you say "I feel great" as your energy is still one of negativity.

When you say your affirmations, feel the words. Maybe even stand and be animated when you do so. The more that you say the words and act like you mean them, the quicker you will start feeling congruent to what you are saying.

Law of Attraction Techniques: 3 Like with any goal setting and success journey the writing of a journal or diary is a fantastic way to document your success and how you are doing. Try to lavish praise on your self in your entries when you have managed to stick to the positive aspects of the Law of Attraction and not beat yourself up if you haven't.
